Global Knowledge has a number of equipped labs to support Avaya training. All Avaya labs are designed using genuine Avaya equipment and feature the latest Avaya software versions. The labs can also be equipped on request with earlier versions of Avaya Software.

Avaya courses and trainings at Global Knowledge

During the hands-on courses and training at Global Knowledge, students have full access to the Avaya equipment by using Console or GUI access for configuring. The Voice labs are specially designed, so students can experience real calls with other students. PC's and IP phones are necessary for some classroom training.

Due to many practical exercises on the labs of Global Knowledge, the trainee has the knowledge and skills for daily activities. It also offers a good preparation for the exams leading to various Avaya ACIS and ACSS certifications
