On 31 July our 'Hot Special' promotion came to an end. Therefore it is time to announce the winner of the €1.500,- travel cheque!

And the winner is...

...Przemek Raniczkowski (CYTEC)!

Congratulations!

Friday, 19 August 2011 - After a succesful 'Hot Special' promotion that started on 1 May and ended on 31 July Global Knowledge is proud to present to you the winner of the contest that was organized.

In the 'Hot Special' promotion students were eligible to sign up for a training with a 15% Hot Special discount. In addition to this discount students were able to join in the competition that was held at Global Knowledge premises.

Students attending a training were asked to fill out a competition form that entitled them to take part in our competition to win a travel voucher worth €1.500,-!

To underline the theme of exotic travel we collected a large number of beach balls in front of the reception desk. These beach balls were the topic of the travel competition.

In order to win the candidates were asked to guess the collective amount of beach balls assembled in front of the reception desk.

The right answer to this question was 602. Przemek's answer was 600.

This well estimated guess made him the final winner of the contest. Since nobody else came closer or as close as his guess the elimination question was redundant.

A reaction from the lucky winner:

"I am extremely satisfied with winning the competition. The prize came unexpectedly and I was very happy to learn that my numbers were that close!

This year is a busy one and I have so far not decided how we are going to use the vouchers, however I am already very excited about the possible prospects!"
