Terms & Conditions

• In order to be able to benefit from this promotion (either iPhone or a €400 discount), a delegate must sign and fill out the registration form and send it to Global Knowledge Belgium upon booking a training. By doing so you also accept to agree with the special terms & conditions.
• The training must be booked during the promotion period, starting 12 December 2011 until 23 March 2012.
• The training must be attended during the attendance period, starting 2 January 2012 until 30 March 2012.
• Global Knowledge will organize one day in March & one day in April on which the iPhones are handed out to students from previous trainings.
  The student will be notified of the collection only when we receive payment of your invoice. The iPhone you will receive is version 4S, black.
• This promotion is only valid on the trainings mentioned above.
• The promotion also applies when booking & following a combination of 3-& 2-day trainings within the same promotion period as indicated above.   
• This promotion is only valid on open schedule trainings and does not apply to in-company trainings.
• This promotion is only valid on trainings attended at Global Knowledge in Belgium.
• This promotion does not apply to Global Knowledge's 3rd party trainings.
• The training needs to be booked with Global Knowledge Belgium and does not apply to any of our trainings abroad.
• Instead of the €400 discount, delegates can choose for an Apple iPhone. When the delegate chooses for an Apple iPhone, a discount to this training no longer applies.
• This promotion can not be combined with other promotions, discount agreements or partner discounts.
• This offer can be combined with the KMO Portefeuille.
• This offer can not be combined with Microsoft SA Vouchers, Cisco Learning Credits or VMware PSO Credits.
• When either the delegate or Global Knowledge is forced to cancel or move the training the right to this promotion is no longer valid.
• When a training is already booked prior to this promotion, is cancelled and booked again within the same period, the right to this promotion is no longer valid.
• Global Knowledge has the right, at all times, to stop or modify this promotion.
• When a company/delegate accepts the iPhone as a promotion the fiscal consequences are for the company/delegate.
• On all of our courses our general terms & conditions apply.
• In all other cases where our terms & conditions do not apply, Global Knowledge management will decide.
