What is PRINCE2™?

PRINCE2™ has established itself as the premier approach to managing projects. It is the structured project management method from the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) and is generic capable of being applied to any kind of project scalable and business-driven.

Widely used in both public and private sectors, organisations that have adopted PRINCE2™ have claimed that they have been able to achieve greater customer satisfaction during and at the end of projects, to reduce costs and to realise greater benefit from project deliverables.

PRINCE2™ Certification

The Registered PRINCE2™ Practitioner qualification is now established as an external competence measure by organisations in the UK and countries around the world, such as the Netherlands, Australia, Italy, Japan and many more.

PRINCE2™ training from Global Knowledge
