The warm feeling that an excellent training course can give a delegate can often be affected if booking the event has proven to be cumbersome.  At Global Knowledge we believe that training administration is key and customer experience is paramount.

Our Training Administration Service offers our customers various ways of selecting and booking training events and venues.
 
We can integrate into the business and provide a dedicated administration team that works on site or on our own premises. All of our administration staff are recruited for their excellent customer service skills and work very closely with our customers to offer a service that fits in with their own business processes.
 
This team is responsible for managing all training requests, identifying most suitable and cost effective training courses, organising bookings and producing management reports.

For organisations that have a large volume of training requirements or that have a disparate work force a cost effective solution is our online booking portal, iConnect.  Bookings can be made real time over the internet. IConnect allows our customers to source, book and report on training courses.
