Overview 

Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques used within a broad range of activities in order to successfully meet predetermined project requirements. This course uses the structured PMBOK Fourth Edition project management framework of initiation, planning, execution, control, and formal closing to familiarize the participants with the necessary processes, tool and techniques that ensure project success. Also the various deliverable of a phase will be discussed.
